January 14, 2026The Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) has been restructured by ICSI and will be applicable from the June 2026 session onwards.
The new CSEET focuses on written examinations, conceptual clarity, and professional aptitude, replacing the earlier home-based MCQ format.
CSEET is a mandatory qualifying entrance test for registration into the CS Executive Programme, unless exempted as per ICSI rules.
CSEET Passing Criteria (New Pattern)
To pass the restructured New Syllabus CSEET, candidates must secure:
- Minimum 40% marks in each paper
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks across all papers
No negative marking in the OMR-based paper
No exemption or carry forward of marks
Restructured New Syllabus CSEET Exam Pattern (Applicable from June 2026)
